Caffè Corsini

In Italy we are obsessed with coffee,
we love to search for the perfect cup.
One of my favorite coffees comes from Tuscany.

Caffè Corsini was founded in 1950 in Arezzo by Corsino Corsini, who created one of the most important coffee shops starting from a small artisan coffee workshop. Under the leadership of President Patrick Hoffer the company currently represents the quality of the Made in Italy in the world, being present with its products in more than 60 countries.

PHILOSOPHY

Caffè Corsini pays particular attention to the preservation of its production areas, and the conservation both of the environment and the local population who is in charge of coffee harvesting. The company maintains direct commercial relations with small producers in the southern hemisphere, granting them equal dignity and opportunities for an independent development. Caffè Corsini embraces a ‘green’ philosophy, which goes from the respect toward its workers and consumers, to the environment that surrounds us.

DO YOU LIKE TO DRINK YOUR COFFEE
IN A PORCELAIN CUP OR IN A GLASS CUP?

All Coffee Lovers should find out!

Glass cup lovers say that GLASS cup allows
the coffee to form a higher and denser
froth on top, so that the espresso
coffee retains better the flavour.

The PORCELAIN Coffee cup lovers say that
it has a good thermal insulation allowing
the coffee to cool down slowly.

I do think it is a very personal and passionate choice!
